I want to take SERVPRO of Midtown Manhattan for coming out on such a short notice.  We were days from our grand opening when we had a transformer blow on us causing our sprinkler system to go off and flood the gym.  Not only were we flooded out but everything was covered in soot from the smoke.  I was so impressed, they were onsite within the hour and worked 48 straight hours.  The dried the place up and cleaned EVERY piece of equipment.  Thanks to them, we had our grand opening as scheduled.

Very happy with the performance of this team.  Multiple floors experienced major damage from water.  SERVPRO and crew worked around the clock so our tenants could get back to normal.  I was given daily progress updates and was very impressed with their organization.

On 8/13/14 our basement flooded with over 17 inches of water. With not knowing who to turn to or how to begin to address this problem we were bled des to contact Turnkey Restoration NYC/SERVPRO. I spoke to Robert who is an owner and he assured me that they would take care of everything. That same day they were at my house pumping out the water. It's took 6 hours and we still had about an inch. Don the project manager was at my house till 1030 pm pumping out water.
